Angela Baker is an enterprise CEO and operating executive with a track record of leading complex, multi-site organizations through scale, integration, turnaround, and enterprise transition.
Her career has centered on full P&L ownership, executive leadership, board partnership, and building the systems organizations need to perform. She has led operational modernization, financial improvement, leadership restructuring, post-acquisition integration, and organizational change across regulated and service-based environments.
Angela founded Alegna Strategy to give owners, boards, and leaders access to experienced counsel that connects strategy to what actually happens inside an organization—its decisions, operating systems, leadership behavior, and accountability.
